With our exclusive designers, we provide a large range of Wedding Gowns, Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride, Cocktail Wear, Prom and Grad dresses not to mention our flower girl dresses and accessories.
Our suppliers and customers are impressed with our store, and they even believe that we may be one of the biggest stores in Ontario.

We believe in the ultimate experience for the bride and her family/Bridesmaids etc so we would prefer visits by appointment only.
Dresses will be put into production within days of placing your order and we are on the hook for the full cost, so no refunds are allowed. All off the rack dresses are final sale. We sincerely apologise for this situation, and we hope you understand.
All our wedding gowns come stored in a premium gown cover with handles so that your dress never gets damaged or marked. If your dress needs to be de-wrinkled, just visit the store prior to your event and we will steam it for you for free.
Unlike most internet purchases, all of our dresses are tailorable, and can usually be sized up or down 1-2 sizes with ease, as opposed to some cheaper options which once taken apart usually never go back together (google “internet wedding dress fails”).
All merchandise is custom made for you by our suppliers and a minimum 50% payment is required for all orders. Once placed any monies paid towards the order are non-refundable. If your event is cancelled for any reason, it is your responsibility as the customer to pay the balance due upon Say it with Love Bridal Boutique receiving the merchandise in store.
All bridal gowns are custom made to the designer`s specifications using the finest materials available. Irregularities in these materials are natural and are not considered to be defects. Slight variations from the sample are common and dependant on fabrics and size adjustments. Dye lots vary over time, and merchandise that needs to be matched, need to be ordered on the same date to guarantee this. Orders placed on separate days are your responsibility.
Custom made garments are usually smaller than retail garments and as such we make size recommendations based on your measurements and the sizing charts for the designers. Say it with Love Bridal Boutique are no responsible for the accuracy of measurements that you supply by any means, or for the natural fluctuations that your body may go through between placing your order and delivery. Gowns are made to meet sizes supplied by the designers, and alterations are usually required to achieve the perfect fit. Alterations are not included in the price of the gown.
Say it with Love Bridal Boutique are not responsible for any alteration that need to be made on your merchandise. We do not have an onsite seamstress and we are not contracted to any one seamstress. If you ask, we can recommend a seamstress, but you should carry out your due diligence when choosing a seamstress. It is recommended that you use a seamstress that is known to you and whose work you trust.
When Say it with Love Bridal Boutique receive your merchandise, you will be notified. You must settle your account within 4 weeks of being notified, and we will hold your dress for up to another 2 additional weeks at no charge. Storage fees will apply if we hold your dress for any aditional length of time longer than the 2 weeks.
If you fail to pay the outstanding balance within 4 weeks, the merchandise and any monies paid will become forfeit to Say It With Love Bridal Boutique. If your merchandise is not collected for within the 2 week period, your merchandise and any monies paid will be forfeit to Say It With Love Bridal Boutique. If you feel that you are unable to pay the outstanding balance or unable to collect the merchandise within the allotted time frame, please contact us and we will try to arrange something (storage fees may apply).
You are automatically bound by the terms of the agreement above when you place an order with Say It With Love Bridal Boutique. It is at the managers sole discretion to change these terms at any time without notice.
